Our Year 13 A Level Physical Education students recently visited Liverpool John Moores University to take part in a practical activity to analyse how exercise affects the CV system.

The students really enjoyed putting theory into practice by using state of the art equipment in one of LJMU’s recently refurbished sports science laboratories.

The group benefitted from working alongside lecturers and PhD students from one of the world’s leading sports science research institutes and the practical activity was followed by an insightful talk about the wide range of careers in the sports sector.
