Business Students Investigate The Trafford Centre
Students from Year 12 BTEC Business Level 2 and Year 13 BTEC Business Level 3 classes took part in a visit to the Trafford Centre in Manchester.
To assist them with their coursework in retailing and customer services, students were given an insightful talk about the retail park, how it operates, their successes and plans for the future. Students were able to ask questions to the Team Leader for Customer Services, who provided them with a range of useful pieces of information and points to consider further in their work.
The students then had the opportunity to undertake further independent research around the Trafford Centre.
