Students were given the opportunity to take part in a ‘Mock Assessment’ day. The day consisted of a variety of activities led by Amy Wolohan from Chubb which were designed to mirror what they might experience as they step forward into Degree Apprenticeships.
They then spent the afternoon having face to face interviews with Pam Tate, our Chair of Governors; Liz Chapman, Assistant Business Partner – Employment Pathways – Wigan Council, and Jacob Makinson from MMU.
A massive thank you to all the people who helped put this day together and fingers crossed for our students who are applying to apprenticeship positions.
