These are drop in sessions to help learn a new language. This could be a specific language such as Mandarin, or any phrases you might need for your holidays coming up.

A film in a different language will be shown once a month to help any student studying languages to develop their skills.

Latin club will help to you study towards a qualification, which is really useful when applying for a wide range of university courses.

We are proud to be in a unique position in the local area to be able to offer Arabic for the first time for our students. Thanks to funding awarded by The British Council and The Qatar Foundation, we are offering an entry level, extra-curricular course, which can lead to a recognised Level 1 qualification.

In addition, we are also offering this opportunity to Year 10 and Year 11 students in our partner secondary schools.  These lessons take place via Teams with our Arabic teacher and are a wonderful way for those studying a GCSE language to take on an additional language or new challenge, or equally for those who are not studying a GCSE language to learn the basics of one of the world’s most spoken languages.
