Apprentice Club were given the chance to practice their team, discussion and interview skills last Thursday as they were put their paces by a mock assessment process. They also got to do the type of psychometric tests used by employers and got feedback on the whole day. This will help all them to be success at their next interviews.
Apprentice Club has grown over the last few years as more student apply to the high level degree apprenticeships. The numbers of high calibre of our students going on to train in this way mean that we also have been inviting alumni to talk to our current students.
