Teachers of Tomorrow Visit Liverpool Hope University

SJR students met Dr Anne James, a lecturer at Liverpool Hope University, to discuss a possible partnership between the university and the college’s Teachers of Tomorrow elective course.
The students travelled to the university campus to explore the benefits of having Liverpool Hope University’s Education department contribute to the programme.
As well as discussing a possible partnership, the students had the opportunity to showcase their teaching portfolios which they have been working on throughout the year.
Dr James described the students’ work as “exemplary” and close to degree-standard.
Juliana Charltonova, a member of college staff involved with the elective course, said: “I am very excited at the prospect of working with Liverpool Hope University. Partnering with such a well-established teacher training provider would be incredibly valuable for our students.”
